The Ministry Of PUPR Office Project At IKN Worth IDR 2.1 Trillion Starting To Be Auctioned

JAKARTA - The construction project for the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) in the State Capital (IKN) of the Archipelago has begun to be auctioned with a value of IDR 2.1 trillion.

Citing the Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) page, the project auction includes the construction of Wing 1 and Wing 2 buildings and office areas of the Ministry of PUPR which are targeted to be completed by the end of next year.

"The PUPR Office area in the KIPP Region is to the east of the Presidential Palace Area Ceremony Field in the State Capital, Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan," wrote the Ministry of PUPR statement in its description, quoted Thursday, October 26.

The Wing 1 and 2 buildings of the Ministry of PUPR are located close to the office complex of the Ministry of Finance, BPS, to the Ministry of Economy.

For details, the scope of work on the Wing 1 Building complex of the PUPR Ministry Office includes 1 building mass and 1 mosque building, which is worth Rp695.84 billion

Meanwhile, the Wing 2 Building of the Ministry of PUPR Office has a project value of IDR 1.5 trillion, which includes 7 building masses.

It is known that the source of funding for the construction of the project came from the State Budget (APBN) for the 2003-2004 fiscal year (TA) which was carried out on a multi-year contract (MYC) contract.

Meanwhile, overall, the area of land owned by the Ministry of PUPR in IKN is reported to have reached 3.17 hectares (ha).

"The time for the implementation of the Integrated Construction Work to Design and Build the Construction of Buildings and Office Areas of the Ministry of PUPR at IKN has been for 360 calendar days since the issuance of the Work Start Order (SPMK)," explained PUPR.

The construction of the building will be continued until a maintenance period of 390 calendar days after the Provisional Hand Over (PHO).

Currently, the auction process is entering the stage of the pre-qualification announcement which has been open since October 24, 2023, with the auction deadline ending on November 3.
