Hutama Karya President Director Budi Harto said that the two toll roads actually belonged to Waskita Karya, but because Waskita Karya is currently carrying out financial restructuring, the 2024 State Capital Participation (PMN) was given to Hutama Karya, and was used to help complete the Betung Ship Toll Road on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road and the Bocimi Segment Cibadak - West Sukabumi Toll Road.

Hutama Karya was allocated by the Ministry of SOEs to obtain PMN in 2024 amounting to IDR 18.6 trillion which was used for the construction of the Phase 1 Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) and the completion of the National Strategic Project (PSN) of the Shipbetung Toll Road and the Bocimi Toll Road.
For information, the construction of the Kapalbetung Toll Road is divided into three sections, namely Section I Kayu Agung Jakabaring along 33.5 km which has been operating since April 2020.
Then Section II of Jakabaring Musi Landas along 33.9 km was carried out in 2 Sections, namely Section 2A of the 9 km Jakabaring - Kramasan section operated in January 2020 and Section 2B of the Kramasan Musi take off 24.5 km in the construction stage.
