JAKARTA - An online shop entrepreneur Vanderism, Ivander, reported a person with the initials TKM, the owner of the Haidar expedition service who is also the owner of Si Cepat, related to allegations of embezzlement with a loss of Rp1,778 billion to the East Jakarta Police.

"In short, the case is more about the embezzled goods problem and the warehouse is closed, the total loss is IDR 1.778 billion. Meanwhile, one person reported, the owner of Si Cepat langsung," Ivander told reporters, Wednesday, August 2.

He also explained that the case began with a collaboration between Vanderism and Haidar in 2018-2020, which was originally worn by a friend named Joshua Kenji.

Initially in 2020, Ivander did not feel suspicious of a number of his missing belongings, because at that time Indonesia entered the COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, the one who introduced him to the company of Haidar was Joshua Kenji, who was Ivander's schoolmate.

"So when I was in 2020, I didn't suspect that my goods were lost, what I was surprised was that my orders were not there, none were sent, up to a total loss because the orders had been received, there were a lot of Rp500-600 million," he said.

His party immediately filed a complaint with Haidar. Ivander said that Haidar's party was initially cooperative in responding to his complaint.

"So it's like they're very cooperative to listen to us, they help us, but we work on the data. But cooperate, but ask us to do the data," he continued.

For almost half a year Vanderism compiled data to be completed, until finally there were a number of mediation agendas with Haidar.

"They are invited to mediate again, they are confused because their data is incomplete, then they call data experts for mediation, ask us to stock up more opnames, but when they check, more goods are lost," he said.

Up to several times doing opname stocks, but Ivander said that his belongings continued to disappear. "Then the data expert is like raising his hand because from Haidar's side the data is incomplete, so we just have to calculate the difference between the goods whose goods are lost," he said.

His party was confused because of the complaints submitted, in fact, Haidar's party threw each other responsibility up to eight times.

"Suddenly we have referred to the director, basically we threw it eight times, came here until finally the warehouse was closed in August 2022, there has been no activity until now," he added.

In fact, Ivander said that 300 employees were fired without notice and severance pay. Not only that, Ivander's belongings that were left in the warehouse were also missing.

"So it's really 100 percent of my things are gone," he continued.

Regarding this problem, Ivander also reported the owner of Haidar who is also the owner of Si Cepat to the East Jakarta Police regarding the alleged embezzlement case. "Regarding embezzlement, from the police records, pure embezzlement is immediately addressed to the head of the Haistar owner. Well, the owner of Haistar is also the owner of Si Cepat, one ownership," he said.

Meanwhile, the legal process at the police is currently still under investigation. He said that previously the police had also sent a summons to THK's house.

"The owner called his lawyer, he didn't know where the office came from, the lawyer was different from my first mediation. The lawyer who came here was like usual, came cooperative, said he didn't know anything, he was a different field lawyer from Si Cepat's business line," said Ivander.

The lawyer, he said, actually asked Vanderism for data when mediation two years ago. However, according to him, there is no need to debate, because the existing data is final.

"So we are playing around again, yes, I'm afraid there is no clarity. Next week's plan, lawyers are called, there is no need to debate the data, because the date is final," he said.
