KPK Sentil Regarding LHKPN Employees, InJourney Boss Make Sure It's Done Tomorrow

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) highlighted six state-owned companies whose officials did not comply with submitting the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN). Two of them are PT Pembangunan Wisata Indonesia (ITDC) and PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia (Persero).

PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia (Persero), which is a BUMN Holding Industry Aviasi and Tourism, is recorded as only 50 percent of its officials reported LHKPN. Meanwhile, its subsidiary, PT Pembangunan Pariwisata Indonesia (ITDC), is much lower than 28.13 percent.

Marketing Director of InJourney Maya Watono said that his party will complete all LHKPN reports tomorrow, Friday, July 28, 2023. This is in line with the direction of the Ministry of SOEs.

"Everything will be equipped on Friday, there is an appeal from the Ministry of SOEs until Friday no later than Friday. Human capital has been listed and its names must be completed on Friday," he said at the InJourney Office, Sarinah, Jakarta, Thursday, July 27.

Similarly, ITDC Operations Director Troy Reza War Badminton admitted that he had reminded ITDC officials who had not reported LHKPN to immediately complete their reports.

"Frankly, I took one action myself, I reminded you, I asked. Maybe all kinds of busyness factors. I just make sure tomorrow Friday is the last time we tidy up and deposit it to the state," he said.

In fact, said Troy, some have finished completing the LHKPN report per day. Troy also expressed his gratitude to the KPK for reminding him of compliance with LHKPN reporting at his company.

"We thank you for being reminded. I make sure it's all over Friday. I've also received a lot of reports that have been resolved today," he explained.

Troy ensures that the ITDC board of directors has completed all his LHKPN reports. Now, there are only officials under the board of directors.

"If our directors make sure it's because of their obligations. If the team is at the BOD minus 1 level, we remind you that everything will be finished tomorrow," he said.

Previously, Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir admitted that he would immediately follow up on the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) report related to the level of compliance with the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN) of six bad state-owned companies.

The six SOEs in question are PT Pembangunan Pariwisata Indonesia (ITDC); PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia (Persero) or InJourney; PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero); PT Dok and Surabaya Shipship (DPS); PT Boma Bisma Indra (BBI) and PT Indah Karya.

Erick admitted that he deeply regretted this and would take firm action against SOEs who did not comply with LHKP. The reason is, Erick admits that this is something that is mandatory.

"I really regret it. Because even though the KPK has talked about 99.5 percent reporting, but there are several SOEs, 6 if I'm not mistaken, I will follow up. I have spoken to Sesmen and Deputys to take firm action. Because this is something I have obliged," Erick told reporters, Tuesday, July 25.
