Foxconn's Investment In Indonesia Is Confirmed To Continue

Sebelumnya, Foxconn, Gogoro, IBC, dan Indika berencana untuk berinvestasi di industri kendaraan listrik, yaitu kendaraan listrik roda empat, roda dua, dan bus listrik; industri baterai kendaraan listrik; dan industri pendukung; energy storage system, stasiun penukaran baterai, industri daur ulang baterai, Research & Development (R&D) dan pelatihan.Nota Kesepahaman antara Kementerian Investasi/BKPM, Foxconn, Gogoro, Industri Baterai Indonesia (IBC), dan Indika Energy telah diteken pada 21 Januari 2022.Kerja sama yang disepakati meliputi pengembangan ekosistem energi baru berkelanjutan melalui investasi pada baterai listrik, kendaraan listrik dan berbagai industri pendukungnya melalui skema kerja sama Build-Operate-Localize (BOL) tersebut di Indonesia.
