Trial Of Sales Starting June, Tebu Fuel Will Be Priced At IDR 13,200 Per Liter

JAKARTA - PT Pertamina (Persero) will launch the latest type of fuel oil (BBM) named Pertamax Green 95. This fuel will be priced at a price range of Rp. 13,200 per liter.

Deputy Minister of SOEs I Pahala Nugraha Mansyuri said the trial of the sale of this latest fuel will be carried out in East Java and Jakarta.

"God willing, if not this week, in July we will do it. We plan to start in East Java and then in DKI," Pahala told reporters, Monday, July 3.

Pahala said this green energy product will be priced around Rp. 13,200 per liter at the 17 gas stations.

"In the range of Rp. 13,200, God willing, that's the range," he said.

Regarding the location of the sales trial, Pahala said there would be 17 points for Public Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU).

"There are probably 17 gas stations that will sell Pertamax Green 95. Approximately 11 points in East Java, maybe 6 in Jakarta," he said.

For your information, Pertamax Green 95 is a mixture between Pertama and Bioethenol by 5 percent (E5). Bioethenol is an ethanol or alcoholic compound originating from plants, Pertamina in this case uses sugar cane.
