JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk recorded as many as 388,942 vehicles leaving Jabotabek on D-2 to D-1 Eid al-Adha 1444H/2023 which crashed in the period Tuesday-Wednesday, 27-28 June 2023.

Jasa Marga's Corporate Communication & Community Development Group Head Lisye Octaviana said the agka was the cumulative number of traffic flows (traffic) from the four Main Toll Gates (GT), namely Cikupa GT (to Merak), Ciawi GT (to Puncak), and Cikampek Utama GT (to Trans Java) and Kalihurip Utama GT (to Bandung).

"The total volume of traffic leaving the Jabotabek area has increased by 50 percent compared to normal traffic," said Lisye in her statement, Thursday, June 29.

Lisye said Jasa Marga continues to ensure that Jasa Marga Group toll road operational services during the long holiday of Eid al-Adha 1444H run optimally.

"What is of the main concern is that on toll roads that have the potential to become favorite tourist destinations for road users during long holidays, including the Jagorawi Toll Road towards Puncak and its surroundings, as well as Jakarta-Cikampek and Cipularang for those heading towards Trans Java and Bandung," he explained.

Jasa Marga, continued Lisye, appealed to road users to anticipate trips before entering the toll road. Ensure that vehicles and drivers are in prime condition, ensure the adequacy of fuel and electronic money balances and obey signs and directions from officers.

As for the distribution of Jabotabek outflow traffic which is heading to three directions, namely the majority of 206,511 vehicles (53.10 percent) to the East (Trans Java and Bandung), 103,834 vehicles (26.70 percent) to the West (Merak), and 78,597 vehicles (20.21 percent) to the South (Puncak).

East (Trans Java and Bandung) direction

Kelin keluar Jabotabek menuju arah Trans Jawa melalui GT Cikampek Utama Jalan Tol Jakarta-Cikampek, dengan jumlah 113.089 kendaraan, naik sebesar 114,90 persen dari lalin normal.

Kelin keluar Jabotabek menuju arah Bandung melalui GT Kalihurip Utama Jalan Tol Cipularang, dengan jumlah 93.422 kendaraan, naik sebesar 75,91 persen dari lalin normal.

West (Merak) direction

Kelin keluar Jabotabek menuju arah Merak melalui GT Cikupa Jalan Tol Tangerang-Merak adalah sebanyak 103.834 kendaraan, naik 12 persen dari lalin normal.

South (Puncak) direction

Meanwhile, traffic leaving Jabotabek towards Puncak via GT Ciawi Jagorawi Toll Road was 78,597 vehicles, up 29.14 percent from normal traffic.
