Therefore, PT Telkom Indonesia persero in collaboration with YPT held an ICT training program for people with disabilities in 2023.
CDC senior general manager Telkom Heri Susanto stated that this program is aimed at increasing competence and exploring the productive potential of the younger generation with disabilities.
This program is also part of PT Telkom's support for inclusive development related to empowering persons with disabilities to provide equal opportunities, both in accessing and utilizing technology, as well as encouraging social and economic inclusion.
The training program is carried out simultaneously at 12 locations of SMA and SMK Telkom throughout Indonesia by involving 480 participants from various disability communities in the local area, one of which was held in Makassar City, PT Telkom, together with one of the disability education institutions.
