Pertamina Alerts Fuel Services For Homecomers On The Cisumdawu Toll Road

JAKARTA - PT Pertamina (Persero) through Pertamina Patra Niaga has alerted fuel services on the Cisumdawu Toll Road which has just been operated.

Pertamina Patra Niaga President Director Alfian Nasution, said that to support the smooth flow of homecoming to the backflow of Lebaran on the Cisumdawu (CileunyiSumedangDawuan) toll road which does not yet have gas station facilities, his party moved quickly to respond to the need for fuel for travelers by providing additional services located at KM 194.

"For travelers who will pass on functional toll roads, Pertamina has provided 2 modular gas stations with a capacity of 3 thousand liters pertamax each," he said, quoted Monday, April 17.

In addition to Modular Gas Stations, Pertamina Patra Niaga has also prepared Kiosk Pertamina Siaga, with fuel in packaging and lubricant products that can be used by travelers.

"We are also preparing a motorist (message service between fuel red) that helps travelers, if there is a traffic jam and a car strikes. Also coordinating with the police to escort motorists to their destination if needed in an emergency situation," he explained.

For diesel vehicle consumers, Pertamina Patra Niaga also provides Pertamina Dex quality fuel products in packaging.

There are also quality oil, Fastron and Enduro products available. At the Kiosk Pertamina Siaga KM 194, Pertamina Patra Niaga also provides payments using the non-cashless method and also through the MyPertamina application.

In addition to visiting fuel distribution facilities to consumers, Alfian also monitors the Bandung Group Fuel Terminal Padalarang which supplies fuel for 380 gas stations and 78 Pertashops in the Greater Bandung, East Priangan and Sukabumi areas.

In addition to monitoring the readiness of fuel services, Alfian also directly inspected the Pertamina Call Center 135 team, which is at the forefront of communication channels and information services for companies to interact with the community.

Not only voice services (phones), Pertamina Call Center 135 can also be contacted via email, video call, social media, and chatbot services that can be accessed through the MyPertamina application.
