JAKARTA - KoinWorks announced a collaboration with Google Cloud Indonesia. This collaboration provides Google Workspace services in the KoinWorks application which allows MSME actors to make payments for the Google Workspace services they choose via KoinBill.

KoinBill itself is an online bill payment feature found in KoinWorks NEO.

The service, which will be available at the end of March, is a breakthrough in providing access to digital tools for MSME productivity. Call it access to professional email, collaboration documents, meetings via video, to cloud-based data storage, which is easier and more affordable without using a credit card.

This facility can also provide a collaboration space for MSMEs, thus facilitating daily business operations.

The need for MSMEs for digital work tools is inseparable from current technological developments. Until now, MSMEs still have limitations in obtaining these facilities.

One of them is because credit card penetration is still low. That's what made KoinWorks and Google Cloud Indonesia present to answer this challenge.

KoinWorks Chief Product Officer Aditya Chintawar said, his party always tries to develop products and services that can help MSMEs in running their daily business.

"KoinWorks itself welcomes and values collaboration with other entities that have the same mission as us. Going forward, we will continue to provide innovations in KoinWorks applications, such as Google Workspace, which allows MSMEs to separate their business and personal accounts, so that business activities can be more professional, focused and detailed," he said through his official statement, Saturday, March 18.

Based on data from Google Cloud Indonesia, Google Workspace has three billion active users worldwide. This proves that these tools provide valuable applications for all types of businesses, from companies listed by Forbes Next Billion Dollar Companies, to micro-businesses in developing countries.

Meanwhile, Google Workspace Global Head Online Scaled Partnerships Yuval Dvir said, his party has the same mission in supporting Indonesian MSMEs through Google Cloud Indonesia technology to overcome the current MSMEs challenges.

"The collaboration between KoinWorks and Google can bring product access closer to serving the needs of MSMEs through the KoinWorks application," he added.

As for accessing Google Workspace services through KoinWorks, MSME players only need to register a business account and NEO account in the KoinWorks application. After successful registration, the user can go to the KoinBill page and select Google Workspace to proceed with the transaction process.

With the KoinWorks NEO user base currently reaching more than 100 thousand MSMEs, KoinWorks is optimistic that it can encourage inclusivity in the digital ecosystem, so that it can empower more MSMEs through the provision of Google Workspace services in this KoinBill feature.
