Jokowi said that the construction of landed houses in ministerial positions at IKN had reached 14 percent of its physical progress at this time.

On the same occasion, PUPR Minister Basuki Hadimuljono said, in addition to building landed houses for ministerial positions, the Ministry of PUPR through the Directorate General of Housing is also preparing the construction of flats (rusun) / apartments for ASN / TNI / Polri in IKN. Meanwhile, the Director General of Housing at the Ministry of PUPR, Iwan Suprijanto, said that the construction of the landed house of minister at KIPP IKN had started since December 2022 according to the contract.
"The construction is carried out on an area of about 20 hectares complete with furniture, and will be equipped with social facilities (fasos) and public facilities (fasum). The construction is carried out by PT Adhi Karya-Cirijasa, KSO with a contract value of Rp493 billion," he explained.
In addition, said Iwan, his party had received an assignment from the president to build 47 flat towers/apartments for ASN/TNI/Polri.
