JAKARTA - BNI Main Deputy Director Adi Sulistyowati said the value of digital transactions through BNI Mobile Banking in 2022 grew 30.4 percent to IDR 802 trillion compared to the same period the previous year (year-on-year/yoy).

This growth far exceeded IDR 676 trillion in transactions at ATMs, with the number of transactions reaching 597 million or growing 37.6 percent (yoy). The number of BNI Mobile Banking users in 2022 will reach 13.6 million or grow 26.1 percent (yoy).

"This figure shows that BNI customers continue to shift their transactions from conventional platforms to digital platforms. This is in line with BNI's strategy to make BNI Mobile Banking a One Stop Financial Solution for customers," said Sulistyowati during a press conference, quoted from Antara, Wednesday January 25th.

From the Wholesale Banking segment, BNI has BNIDirect to support business transactions for non-individual customers and debtors digitally and is able to meet all client needs in one integrated portal.
