This Is A List Of Ministries And Institutions That Will Move First To IKN

JAKARTA - Main Expert Planning Function, Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas Hayu Parasati said the government had compiled a scenario for moving the Ministry of Institutions (KL) to the State Capital (IKN) of the Archipelago. This transfer is divided into five clusters.

"Who moved? In our master plan, five clusters were divided to IKN. The first cluster of government should move to the first phase in 2024," said Hayu Parasati, quoted from Antara, Tuesday, November 22.

Hayu explained that the clusters that first moved to the State Capital (IKN) of the Archipelago in 2024 were the President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, State High Institutions namely the MPR, DPR, DPR, Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, Judicial Commission, and BPK.

Then the Coordinating Ministry, namely the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy, the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs, the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture and the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. Then the Ministry of Triumvirate, namely the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Defense because it can become Plt. The presidency is in urgent condition if the President and Vice President are unable to carry out their duties simultaneously.

In addition, continued Hayu, the first cluster of government also includes ministries or state institutions that directly support the work of the President and Vice President, namely the Ministry of State Secretariat, Cabinet Secretariat, the Presidential Staff Office, and the Presidential Advisory Council.

Then, ministries or state institutions that support the planning, budgeting and development performance process are the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, the Ministry of Finance, Kemenpan RB, and the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP).

The Ministry that supports the preparation of basic infrastructure in IKN is the Ministry of Communication and Information, the Ministry of PUPR, the Ministry of ATR/BPN. Then defense and security tools as well as state ministries/agencies that support law enforcement such as the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the TNI-Polri, the Attorney General's Office, the KPK, and so on.

As well as Independent State Institutions and Public Agencys including Bank Indonesia, Financial Services Authority, Deposit Insurance Corporation, BPJS Health and BPJS Employment.

Previously, the Governor of Bank Indonesia (BI) Perry Warjiyo stated that BI had started preparing the transfer of the central bank to the new State Capital (IKN) in 2023.

According to him, BI is one of the institutions that will first move along with several other government agencies and offices, if based on President Joko Widodo's instructions.

Therefore, the central bank is currently in the final stages of adjusting the conceptual design of the transfer to a new IKN. In line with the transfer stage to IKN, Perry emphasized that his party would coordinate with the government according to the displacement roadmap.
