JAKARTA - The issuance of Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2022 concerning the Acceleration of Renewable Energy Development for the Provision of Electricity has become a new regulation that strengthens the Government's commitment to implementing the energy transition to Net Zero Emission (NZE).

a. Direct appointment for all generating capacity:

- PLTA/M/MH Reservoir (as assigned)

- PLTP (as an assignment)

- PLT Grants (as an assignment)

- PLTA expansion, PLTP, Fotovoltaik PLTS, PLTB, PLTBm, PLTBg

- Excess power from PLTA, PLTP, PLTBm and PLTBg;

b. Direct selection for: PLTA, PLTS Fotovoltaik, PLTB, PLTBm PLTBg, PLT BBN and Marine Energy PLT for all generating capacity.
