Make Sure The Distribution Is In Accordance With Procedures, BPKP Kawal BLT Compensation Of Fuel Price Increases

JAKARTA - The Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) has consistently overseeed the direct cash assistance (BLT) program which aims to be a compensation for the increase in subsidized fuel (oil fuel).

The supervision and supervision carried out by BPKP ensures that the distribution of aid is carried out according to procedures.

Director of Supervision for Social Affairs and Disaster Management, Michael Rolandi, said that BPKP's supervision and supervision ranged from the planning stage to distribution.

He added that the supervision of BBM BLT was not only carried out by the Central BPKP but also involved 34 BPKP representative offices throughout Indonesia.

"The supervision is also carried out to find out other problems that may be encountered in the distribution of fuel BLT and provide recommendations for improvement," he said.

In addition, said Michael, the supervision carried out by BPKP is currently aimed at ensuring that BLT BBM has been distributed to all beneficiary families (KPM) who receive the BLT BBM program for the period September to October 2022, which is a KPM that deserves assistance.

To ensure feasibility is carried out by looking at economic conditions, occupation, home conditions, and not ASN or TNI-Polri.

It is known, the government rolled out a fuel BLT of Rp. 150,000 per month per KPM for four months which was distributed in cash through PT Pos to each KPM.
