Adi Sarana Armada, A Company Owned By Conglomerate TP Rachmat, Targets 30 Percent Performance Growth, Anteraja Can Deliver 1.1 Million Packages Per Day

JAKARTA - The logistics company belonging to the conglomerate TP Rachmat, PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA) projects its performance to grow 30 percent this year in terms of both revenue and net profit. One of these targets is driven by contributions from Anteraja's logistics business.

ASSA President Prodjo Sunarjanto said he was optimistic that the Anteraja shipment volume target could double compared to last year. So that the target throughout 2022 is expected to reach the delivery of 1.1 million packages per day.

"The projected revenue contribution is still from Anteraja and usually in the fourth quarter of the shipping or logistics business there will be growth. So if you calculate the shipping volume per day is around 1.1 million packages," said Prodjo in a virtual Public Expose presentation, quoted Friday 22 July.

Furthermore, Prodjo said, Anteraja's business growth prospects are still very large along with the increase in online shopping. ASSA management sees that the logistics industry market is still very potential and growing on the basis of domestic e-commerce penetration growing above 30%.

Not only from the logistics business, ASSA also sees that the used vehicle sales business, O2O used car dealer (Caroline) is also expected to grow significantly in 2022.

"Not only Anteraja, we see each business also growing, including the rental business or car rental," he added.
