Good News From Batik Air, Airline Owned By Conglomerate Rusdi Kirana Opens International Flights From Jakarta And Bali To India Starting August 1

JAKARTA - The airline of the Lion Air Group owned by conglomerate Rusdi Kirana, Batik Air, which operates based in Malaysia, announced that it opened international flights from Jakarta, Bali to India. The opening of this new route will begin on August 1, 2022.

"Batik Air will operate the latest generation of aircraft and modern Boeing 737 series in providing 'premium service airlines' services to the entire domestic and international network," said CEO of Batik Air, Capt. Mushafiz Bin Mustafa Bakri in his written statement, Wednesday 29 June.

This new international route from Batik Air will connect Indonesia via:1. Jakarta - Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang, Banten (CGK) 2. Denpasar - I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Badung, Bali (DPS)

The destinations of two favorite cities in South Asia, especially India, are:1. Mumbai - Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, capital of the Indian state of Maharashtra (BOM2. Kochi - Kochi International Airport, in the state of Kerala (COK)

Batik Air offers special ticket rates for one flight (one way), namely, Jakarta to Mumbai starting from IDR 4,050,300, Jakarta to Kochi starting from IDR 3,121,300, Bali to Mumbai starting from IDR 4,389,300, Bali to Kochi starting from IDR 3,110,300 .

More Capt. Mushafiz said, Batik Air always supports government programs in each country (Indonesia, Malaysia and India) in the stage of global economic recovery. One of the efforts made by Batik Air is to add the destination cities of Mumbai and Kochi in India on the international service map.

The flight, said Capt. Mushafiz, provides added value, namely being interconnected or connecting favorite destinations covering the Southeast Asia region: Jakarta, Bali and Malaysia with South Asia in Mumbai and Kochi.

Mushafiz added, Batik Air has expanded international connections to and from Indonesia (currently Jakarta and Bali) to provide more flight options from hubs at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport with a network of which continues to grow.
