President Director of Bukaka, Irsal Kamarudin, explained that the establishment of the company was aimed at expanding the business in the field of electricity procurement. PT Power Energi Hidro will be engaged in the procurement of New Renewable Energy (EBT) in the form of electrical energy through hydroelectric power plants.

Bukaka established the new company with an authorized capital of 20 billion shares divided into 20 thousand shares, each with a nominal value of IDR 1 million. Meanwhile, the issued and paid-up capital is 25 percent or IDR 5 billion which is divided into 5 thousand shares.
From the capital structure, Bukaka holds an ownership portion of 2.250 shares or IDR 2.2 billion, equivalent to 45 percent of the total issued and fully paid capital. Meanwhile, PT Bangun Daya Utama owns 2.750 shares or IDR 2.7 billion, equivalent to 55 percent of the total issued and fully paid shares.
