Bank Mandiri SVP Transaction Banking Retail Sales, Thomas Wahyudi, said the growth record was clearly visible in the company's digital services Livin by Mandiri.
"By the end of December 2021, our total official channel users have crossed the 10 million mark. Meanwhile, the number of transactions reached more than 1.5 billion with a total value exceeding IDR 1,690 trillion", he said in an official statement, Wednesday, March 9.
According to Thomas, cheap interbank transfer fees are one of the most favorites for customers. He said BI Fast's daily transactions at Bank Mandiri had touched 40 million transactions with a value of more than IDR 61 trillion.
