Loyal Customers, Bank DKI Wins SLE Awards 2022: Management Will Strengthen JakOne Services

JAKARTA - Bank DKI once again won the Satisfaction, Loyalty, Engagement Awards 2022 held by the Infobank Research Bureau in collaboration with Marketing Research Indonesia.

The awards received by Bank DKI consist of Rank II Marketing Engagement, Rank III Engagement, Rank III Satisfaction, Rank III Satisfaction (ATM), and Rank V SLE Index 2022 for the Regional Development Bank category. The award was received virtually by the Director of UMK Credit & Sharia Business of Bank DKI, Babay Parid Wazdi, Thursday 17 February.

In his written statement, the Corporate Secretary of Bank DKI, Herry Djufraini expressed his gratitude to all customers, business partners, and all stakeholders of Bank DKI.

"The trust of customers makes us continue to strive to provide services and present digital banking products that are able to answer the banking needs of the community," said Herry.

This award was given based on the Satisfaction, Loyalty, and Engagement (SLE) survey conducted by the Infobank Research Bureau and Marketing Research Indonesia (MRI). This survey measures the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty using a random step by step method and 5 aspects that support it, namely Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, Customer Engagement, Customer Experience, and Customer Emotion.

Furthermore, Herry added that this award is a spirit in responding to the challenges ahead. One of the ongoing efforts is to continue digital transformation through the development of innovative digital banking products and services, including JakOne Mobile, which currently has 1.3 million users and 17 thousand merchants.

"In addition, Bank DKI is also supported by an e-channel network for various banking transaction purposes," said Herry.

Herry said that Bank DKI also presented JakOne Community Apps to meet digital banking needs in various communities in DKI Jakarta and its surroundings. Meanwhile, JakOne Community Apps itself consists of JakOne Mobile, JakOne Abank, JakOne Erte, JakOne Artri, Ancol Apps to Ondel.
