Winning Over PSIS Thanks To Penalty, Persib Bandung Attack Is Considered Blunt

BANDUNG - Persib Bandung successfully won when they visited PSIS Semarang headquarters, Sunday, August 20. The team nicknamed Maung Bandung won 2-0 over PSIS at the Jatidiri Stadium, Semarang.

Both Persib goals were scored by Mark Klok through penalties in the first and second half. This was highlighted by the coach, Bojan Hodak.

He said Mark Klok and his friends' attacks in the last few games of Liga 1 this season were not sharp.

"In the last three games, Persib has 45 percent of their shot against goal but has not been able to produce a goal," Bojan said, as reported by Antara.

However, Bojan feels it's not something important if Persib gets three points from the penalty or not. He admitted that he was satisfied with the three points in a difficult match like against PSIS.

Moreover, Maung Bandung appeared without a complete squad. "We came without six players," Bojan.

Meanwhile, PSIS Semarang coach Gilbert Agius still said he was proud of his players. He said PSIS had played extraordinary because he appeared with nine players after Lutfi Kamal and Adi Satriyo received a red card.

The referee dropped a red card on Luthfi Kamal who was involved in the incident at the end of the first half. In the second half, it was Adi Satriyo's turn to get the same punishment.
