JAKARTA - Kylian Mbappe intends to play for Real Madrid. However, due to political, financial, and sporting pressure, the Frenchman agreed to renew his contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

In fact, French President Emmanuel Macron summoned Mbappe in his bid to convince the striker to stay in the French capital with PSG.

Real Madrid was stunned by the decision he finally made.

Mbappe was not willing to stay, but hesitated to move forward and refused PSG. Now, he regretted it.

As France Bleu Paris reports, Mbappe admitted to those closest to him that his decision to extend his contract with PSG was wrong.

A few months after renewing his contract, Mbappe realized his mistake by staying at PSG.

Meanwhile, he is aware that the option of moving to Real Madrid is now practically impossible if PSG does not agree to negotiate.

Relations between PSG and Los Blancos are not harmonious, meaning that Liverpool is the only club that seems to be a possible option.
