Five Years Together, Stefano Lilipaly Officially Separated From Bali United

JAKARTA - The news of the farewell was announced by Bali United ahead of the 2022/2023 Liga 1 title. The club announced that they had officially released one of their mainstay players, Stefano Lilipaly after five years of togetherness.

Through their Twitter account, Friday, May 6, Bali United announced this separation. They also did not forget to thank Lilipaly for her contribution while defending the Tridatu Soldiers.

In the upload, Bali United also prayed for the success of Lilipaly's career after leaving the club.

"Thank you for fighting together, thank you (two stars) that we achieved together", wrote a statement on the Bali United account.

"Success wherever a career is, there is a word of goodbye in goodbye", continued the statement.

Previously, Lilipaly was in Bali United's uniform for the first time in 2017. The former Consadole Sapporo player was imported by Bali United from Cambuur SC with a fairly high transfer fee.

The arrival of Lilipaly also recorded something new for Bali United, which for the first time redeemed the transfer of players with high values.

After five years defending Bali United, Lilipaly was able to contribute to leading the team to win two Liga 1 titles. A total of 100 matches have been played by the husband of Carmen Rowena with a score of 28 goals.

Before the news of the separation was announced, it was widely rumored that Lilipaly would return to strengthen Persija Jakarta. The player who has 24 caps with the Indonesian national team was actually recruited by Persija but was canceled due to the dualism of the federation.
