WAMENA - The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) stated that the Free Nutrition Food Program (MBG) in Papua Mountains is held five times a week.
The MBG program was launched by the Papua Mountains Provincial Government (Pemprov) and the Jayawijaya Regency Government some time ago.

According to Wahyu, in MBG composition there are cakes, milk, beef, chicken, eggs, vegetables, rice, and tubers.
"We make sure that every MBG giving is fulfilled and balanced, so that the beneficiaries can fulfill their nutritional intake," he said.
He explained that the operation of public kitchens to provide MBG currently has two places, namely Bhayangkara Wamena Street, but one is still operating.
"Meanwhile, only one kitchen operates, because the other one has grief, so it only runs after Eid," he said.
He added that one kitchen per day is able to prepare 3,500 MBG servings for beneficiaries.
"If the two kitchens were already operating, they would be able to prepare 7,000 servings for beneficiaries every day," he said.
