Black Box CVR And FDR Azerbaijan Plane That Crashed Taken To Brazil

JAKARTA - The black box contains footage of a flight record made by Brazil's Embraer which crashed last week in Kazakhstan being taken to South America, Brazil.

Reported by Reuters on Tuesday, December 31, data from the cockpit voice recorder and flight data (CVR-FDR) will be processed in the laboratory by Brazilian aviation investigators in the Brazilian capital.

The process will be monitored by representatives from Kazakhstan, Russia, and Azerbaijan.

The data will then be sent to investigators in Kazakhstan.

On Sunday, Azerbaijan paid tribute to the pilot and passenger of the Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane. The accident killed 38 people after Russian air defenses were used against Ukrainian drones.

The plane crashed last Wednesday near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan after diverting flight lines from southern Russia where Ukrainian drones attacked several cities.
