Three teenage brawlers were arrested by police on Jalan F Raya, Cempaka Baru Village, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The three perpetrators were arrested while the police were observing the area.

"The three people are teenagers. They were secured by members of the Police while conducting patrols and monitoring in the area," said Kemayoran Police Chief, Kompol Agung Ardiansyah when confirmed, Monday, December 9.

The three perpetrators are still undergoing examination at the Kemayoran Police. In addition to securing the three teenagers, the police also confiscated 3 sharp weapons of large sickle type.

"The three teenagers are already at the Sector Police for further investigation," he said.

Kompol Agung said, continuing the message of the Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Pol Susatyo Purnomo Condro, we appeal to residents, especially parents, to prohibit their children from going out at night to anticipate unwanted things such as brawls.

"Be aware that their children should not be given out at night above 21.00 WIB," he said.

The police chief also asked the public to increase vigilance in the environment to prevent brawls and street crimes.

Previously, a group of youths equipped with sharp weapons attacked one of the residential areas on Jalan Utan Panjang Barat, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.

The perpetrators visited residential areas by convoying together using motorbikes together.

Suddenly the action made residents feel restless, because they were worried about being victims or mistargeted by the perpetrators.
