The personnel on duty with two supervisors and two coaches will first take part in pre-operative training (Latpraops) in Cikeas, Jakarta for one month who will work together with the TNI to then carry out their duties in Papua for about a year.

According to him, Latpraops is carried out in order to prepare Polri personnel to have an understanding, knowledge, and to know the main goals and functions (tupoksi) of each in the operation.

By following latpraops, he said, personnel are expected to understand the procedures and procedures during the operation so that they can run well, are efficient and successful while carrying out their duties.

Its members are reminded to always take care of themselves and their cohesiveness while on duty in Papua.

"Follow the entire training series well, with full seriousness, seriously, make it a provision in the implementation of the operation later," he said.

Agus also requested that all personnel on duty in Papua be guided and carry out orders to always maintain personal safety and security, maintain the dignity of the Police, as well as their commitment and integrity to always serve the nation and state.

He advised his members to maintain communication with the bereaved families and ask personnel to maintain good relations with the community and stakeholders in Papua.

"Don't forget to prioritize 5S (Smile, Greet, Greetings, Polite and Santun) when socializing with the community," said Agus.
