The Cianjur Prosecutor's Office Examines The Acting Director Of BUMD Regarding The Alleged Corruption Case Of Capital Participation

The Cianjur District Attorney's Office, West Java, conducted an examination of the Acting President Director of the Cianjur Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMD) Sugih Mukti (CMS), Santoso regarding the alleged corruption of capital investment from the Cianjur Regency Government in the amount of Rp. 10 billion.

The head of the Cianjur District Attorney's Office, Yudi Prihastoro, said that Santoso's status in the examination was still a witness regarding the alleged fictitious transaction of IDR 10 billion in capital participation carried out by the Special Crimes Section (Pidsus) of the Cianjur Kejari.

"The status of the witness in question is still undergoing examination to complete the file on the alleged criminal act that is detrimental to the state whose status has been raised to an investigation," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, November 22.

Previously, Yudi said that his party had examined 15 witnesses from internal companies and other parties.

"The case is still an alleged corruption crime whose value of state losses is still counted by the Inspectorate of Cianjur Regency," he said.

Head of the Cianjur Inspectorate, Endan Hamdani, said that currently his party is still in the process of examining financial documents carried out by the Special Assistant Inspector (Irbansus) after the results will be submitted to the Cianjur Kejari.

"Irbanmus is still conducting an investigative audit of the CSM BUMD financial report which takes quite a long time, after it is completed it will be submitted to the Cianjur Kejari," he said.

According to Antara's observation, Santoso, who came wearing a gray shirt combined with matching color pants, wearing a mask, entered the Special Investigation Room on the second floor from 09.00 WIB.
