Sudirman Said Reveals Source Of Anies-Cak Imin's Largest Campaign Fund From Volunteers

JAKARTA - The Co-captain of the AMIN Winning National Team, Sudirman Said, claimed that the largest source of funds for the Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar campaigns in the 2024 presidential election came from donations from volunteers.

"If I may say, the source of our funds is the largest from where, not from the contributors to the vice presidential candidate. However, from volunteers who are now working extraordinaryly," said Sudirman on Jalan Diponegoro 10, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Thursday, November 16.

Sudirman did not deny that Anies-Cak Imin's campaign funds were not so large. Given that many people who volunteer candidate pair number 1 spend their personal money to fund logistics and food on their activities.

"So our mainstay is, because this is the people's movement, people will fund this movement. It's like a guerrilla war. There is no headquarters for Guerrillas. There are people who have food fees, logistics, and that's what's going on," explained Sudirman.

In addition, Sudirman also said that campaign funds on the Anies-Cak Imin social media platform were also not more than the two rivals, namely Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD.

However, Sudirman is still optimistic that his presidential and vice presidential candidates can get a lot of support from the community directly in the field.

"It's true that everything is transparent how we can afford shopping. But we are optimistic that the ground atmosphere is much better than the air atmosphere by not ignoring that we continue to try in the air," he said.

"Therefore, although the flow of funds to the national team may not be as big as the others, what is more in the field is much larger than anything we can collect," added Sudirman.
