The Collaboration Party For High School Children Throughout Indonesia Was Held Through The Grand Final POCARI SWEAT Bintang SMA 2023

JAKARTA - The peak night of the best 7 finalist show from POCARI SWEAT Bintang SMA 2023 was successfully held at the Senayan Basketball Hall, Jakarta, Saturday 11 November. The 7 finalists were selected through a rigorous selection process from 24,556 participants spread from 706 schools in 30 provinces and 135 cities throughout Indonesia. This is clear evidence of young people's confidence in the consistency of POCARI SWEAT in supporting young talents to achieve their dreams with sweat and effort.

"Since 2019, POCARI SWEAT BINTANG SMA has consistently brought communication 'Sweat for Dream' as a forum for high school or equivalent children who want to realize their dreams with effort and sweat. And special in the fifth year edition, tonight we can be presented with a stunning appearance from the 7 finalists who are talented in the Grand Final," said Puspita Winawati (Wina), Marketing Director of PT Amerta Indah Otsuka.

Judging by the competent judges in their respective fields, Yura Yunita (songwriter), Jovial da Lopez (Content creator and Chief Creative Officer Narasi), Ufa Sofura (singer and choreographer), and Reza Rahadian (actor).

"Throughout 3 years of my participation as a judge of BINTANG SMA 2023, I see that from year to year there has been an increase in enthusiasm from high school students and the quality of talent that is getting better and more diverse. This year, support from high school children, school is also increasingly visible from offline to online. And it has become a supportive ecosystem for high school students to show their talents, "said Reza Rahadian, who has been a high school BINTANG judge for the third time.

The seven participants who managed to appear in the final round were Melvina Patricia (SMAS Budi Mulia Tangerang City) by singing, Britney Kimberly (SMA Harapan Kasih, Bandung) by singing, Airy Muhammad (SMA YP UNILA, Bandar Lampung) by playing multi instruments and music production, Michelle Verna Tan (SMA Karangturi Semarang, Central Java) by playing drums, Kimberley Othelia (SMAK Penabur Kota Tangerang) with aerial hood, Quilla Maleeka (SMKN 1 Kasihan, DI Yogyakarta) with dance, and Farrell Raffif (SMAN 1 Magetan, East Java) with illustrations and painting. The seven finalists successfully hypnotized the audience who attended directly or online via Youtube and Vidio with extraordinary performances.

The main winner of the 2023 SMA STAR was Britney Kimberly from SMA Harapan Kasih, Bandung, who will then become the brand ambassador for POCARI SWEAT and have the opportunity to be involved in a dream collaboration project with stars.

Very happy and never expected to be a winner at POCARI SWEAT Bintang SMA 2023. With my dream of having a solo concert, this is my first door to that dream. I increasingly believe that with effort and sweat, we will be able to achieve our dreams," said Britney, who is usually called Iney.

Yura Yunita expressed her happiness in being able to find many hidden gems from the appearance of all the finalists of the Top 7 BINTANG SMA 2023.

"Today I am very happy to be able to come and directly assess the performances of all finalists. I am very confident about the ability of high school students to show talent. Their presence, these young people are Indonesian assets that need to be maintained because they are an inspiration for other young Indonesians," said Yura.

POCARI SWEAT BINTANG SMA this time, not only moments for finalists but also involves many other high school students, including the opportunity of 100 high school students through extra-curricule activities at school, ranging from dances to same schools, marketing bands to choirs from various kinds of high schools, collaborating with Yura Yunita and Kevin promise, winners of BINTANG SMA 2022 as opening ceremonies.

Other excitement was also presented at the 2023 SMA STAR Grand Final through outdoor festival activities by presenting the Sportainment match between Reza Rahadian and high school badminton athletes, art painting, and a battle dance between Ufa Sofura and high school students.
