JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) left for Purwakarta, West Java, Thursday to inaugurate the Cirata 192 Megawatt Peak (MWp) Floating Solar Power Plant (PLTS) and handed over food assistance for government food reserves.

President Jokowi and a limited entourage departed from the National Monument Helipad, Jakarta to the Purnawarman Stadium Helipad, Purwakarta Regency using the Indonesian Air Force's Super Puma Helicopter on Thursday 9 November morning, as quoted from the statement from the Press Bureau of the Presidential Secretariat.

Arriving in Purwakarta, President Jokowi will inaugurate the Cirata 192 MWP Floating Solar Power Plant (PLTS) and visit the Citeko Market to provide a number of assistance and basic necessities to traders and the community.

On Thursday afternoon, the President is scheduled to hand over a number of food aids for government food reserves to a number of beneficiary families (KPM) located in Sahe Purwakarta Field.

After the activities in Purwakarta Regency were completed, President Jokowi was scheduled to leave for Jakarta to continue his activities.
