Mario Dandy Doesn't Understand Rafael Alun Trisamboso's Assets And Business: I Know You To The Tax Office

JAKARTA - Mario Dandy Satrio admitted that he did not know about his father's assets and business, Rafael Alun Trisambodo. Mario claims he only knows that his parents are State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who work in the tax sector.

The claim was conveyed when the public prosecutor (JPU) questioned Mario about Rafael Alun's business such as property to tax consultants.

"Don't know that," Mario said during a trial at the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court, Monday, October 6.

The prosecutor then questioned Mario about what he knew about the busyness or work of his parents.

Then Mario said what he knew if his father worked on duty at the Directorate General of Taxes at the Ministry of Finance.

"I knew you would go to the tax office," he said.

Even when the prosecutor mentioned Rafael's assets, such as a house in several locations and the coffee shop business. At that time. Mario said he didn't know it.

"I've heard only about who owns it. What kind of specifics I don't know," said Mario.

Meanwhile, Rafael Alun Trisambodo was charged with receiving gratuities together with Ernie Meike Torondek gradually from May 15, 2002 to March 2013. The amount reached Rp. 16,644,806,137.

The acceptance of gratuities is through PT ARME, PTCubes Consulting, PT Cahaya Kalbar and PT Krisna Bali International Cargo. This is related to the position and is contrary to Raffael's obligations or duties.

In addition to gratification, Raffael and Ernie were also charged with money laundering (TPPU) in the 2003-2010 period amounting to Rp5,101,503,466 and other receipts of Rp31,727,322,416.
