JAKARTA - Former Directorate General of Taxes, Rafael Alun Trisambodo, hugged his youngest son, Mario Dandy Satriyo, before undergoing the trial process for the alleged gratification case, today.

The moment of intimacy between father and son began when Mario Dandy Satriyo, who was presented as a witness, came first in the courtroom.

The young man who stumbled on the severe abuse case was seen wearing a prison vest at the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office.

Not long after, Rafael Alun Trisambodo entered the courtroom. That's when Mario immediately approached his father and hugged him.

Rafael seemed to have kissed his eldest son's face several times because that moment was the first time they met again.

Because, since Mario was caught in a case of severe abuse, Badminton has never met him because he was also involved in a case of alleged gratification.

Meanwhile, Rafael was charged with receiving gratuities together with Ernie Meike Torondek gradually from May 15, 2002 to March 2013. The amount reached IDR 16,644,806,137.

The acceptance of gratuities is through PT ARME, PT Cubes Consulting, PT Cahaya Kalbar and PT Krisna Bali International Cargo. This is related to the position and is contrary to Rafael's obligations or duties.

In addition to gratification, Rafael and Ernie were also charged with money laundering (TPPU) in the 2003-2010 period amounting to Rp5,101,503,466 and other receipts of Rp31,727,322,416.
