In Front Of The Palestinian Defense Mass, The Minister Of Religion Asks The Community To Pray Magical Prayers For Victims In Gaza

JAKARTA - Minister of Religion (Menag) Yaqut Cholil Qoumas asked all people to perform occult prayers aimed at Palestinians who were victims of Israeli aggression against Gaza.

Yaqut also asked all to pray for Palestine to be free from the occupation of the Israeli nation.

This was revealed by Yaqut in an oration from the stage in front of the mass of the Palestinian defense action that adequate the National Monument area.

"We all gather here because we love the Palestinian people, because we love the Palestinian people. Therefore, I only want to invite all to pray together for the martyrs who are victims of Israeli aggression and at the same time pray for the Palestinian people to immediately get peace, justice and independence," said Yaqut, Sunday, November 5.

Apart from Yaqut, Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi Retno emphasized that the Indonesian government supports the Palestinian people's struggle for independence. "Ladies and gentlemen, we are gathered here to unite from the Bhitneka to show our solidarity with humanity," said Retno.

Retno also said that the government had sent humanitarian aid to Palestine. The release of 51.5 tons of aid in the form of food, medical equipment, and logistics was directly led by President Joko Widodo on Saturday, November 4.

"Yesterday the first aid was dispatched directly by President Jokowi and this is not only government assistance but all Indonesian people who are channeled through humanitarian institutions," said Retno.
