Polda Metro Check Again Director Of Dumas KPK Regarding SYL Extortion

JAKARTA - The police are again examining the Director of Public Reports and Complaints of the KPK Public Tomi Murtomo as a witness in the alleged extortion case against former Agriculture Minister Syahrul Yasin Limpo or SYL. The examination was carried out at Polda Metro Jaya.

"At 10.00 WIB, an examination or request for additional information was carried out on witnesses from KPK RI employees or Director of Public Complaints and Complaints Services," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak, Tuesday, October 31.

The examination of Tomi Murtomo is said to have been completed at 12.00 WIB. This means that the KPK official gave his statement for two hours.

However, it was not detailed about the amount and material of the examination of Tomi Murtomo. Allegedly related to public complaints related to SYL's corruption crimes handled by the KPK.

Not only Tomi Murtomo, investigators also examined four other witnesses. However, their identity was not clearly conveyed.

"The examination or request for information against 4 other witnesses is still ongoing," said Ade.

Tomi Murtomo was questioned on October 16. At that time, he was questioned for 6.5 hours.

Not many statements he made at that time. Tomi only said that everything related to the examination process would be submitted by investigators as the competent authority.
