He explained that private companies are required to employ at least one percent of people with disabilities.
Quota based on the regulation, he said, requires all private companies to be able to employ people with disabilities one percent of the total number of employees in order to provide living equalization.
"This is important, because equality and only one percent," he said.
So far, the Garut Regency Government is also trying to channel people with disabilities to be able to work in private companies.

One of the private companies that absorbs one percent of the workforce from people with disabilities, said Rudy, namely PT Changsin, the company received an award from the Minister of Manpower.

PT Changsin Reksa Jaya, which operates in Leles District, absorbs 109 workers from persons with disabilities or the equivalent of 1.02 percent of the total employees.
