The Role Of President Director Of PTPP Novel Arsyad In The Corruption Case Of The Mandala Krida Stadium Will Be Investigated By The KPK

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will investigate the involvement of the President Director at PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), Novel Arsyad in the corruption case of the construction of the Mandala Krida Stadium, Yogyakarta in 2016-2017. The search for evidence will be carried out.

"We are currently exploring the roles, so what are the names, when we call someone then we collect information regarding the roles of these people," Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur told reporters quoted from the Indonesian KPK YouTube, Saturday, October 21.

It is known that Arsyad has been examined by investigators as a witness on Monday, October 16. From this process, investigators suspect that there were irregularities in the Mandala Krida Stadium project auction which was attended by the state-owned company.

All Arsyad's confessions in the investigation will then be examined with evidence and existing witnesses. So, said Asep, the anti-corruption commission did not want to rush to ensnare other parties suspected of being involved.

"So, there must be a crosscheck, yes, this is still in the deepening stage," he said.

In this case, the KPK has named the Head of the Mandala Krida Yogyakarta Stadium Construction Working Group in 2016-2017, Dedi Risdiyanto as a new suspect.

This is the development of the previous three suspects, namely the Head of Special Education Division of the DIY Education, Youth and Sports Office as well as serving as Commitment Making Officer (PPK) Edy Wahyudi; President Director of PT Arsigraphi Sugiharto; and President Director of PT Permata Nirwana Nusantara (PNN) and Director of PT Duta Mas Indah (DMI) Heri Sukamto.

They are suspected of misappropriation while renovating the Mandala Krida Stadium project. As a result of their actions, the state lost up to Rp31.7 billion.
