JAKARTA - NI (32), a young man admitted that a member of a mass organization who went viral on illegal levies (extortion) against a woman at a private English tutoring center, Jalan Panjang Alfalah, Kampung Baru, South Sukabumi, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta was arrested by the Kebon Jeruk Police.

Kebon Jeruk Police Chief, Kompol Sutrisno said, from the results of the investigation, it was revealed that the perpetrators carried out the action under the influence of alcohol.

"The perpetrator is not a mass organization. He deliberately on behalf of members of mass organizations and carries the name of the police so that it can be smooth in carrying out his actions to carry out extortion," said Kompol Sutrisno, Friday, October 20.

Kompol Sutrisno emphasized that the incident was purely the perpetrator's mode of scaring the victim when asking for some money.

"So the perpetrator's mode is only on behalf of members of mass organizations and on behalf of the Kebon Jeruk Police to scare the victim," he said.

Meanwhile, the case has been mediated between the perpetrator and the victim. The victim also forgiven the perpetrator's actions. The Kebon Jeruk Police decided to restore justice.

"The victim is willing to forgive the perpetrator's actions not to proceed to the legal process. Both of them made a statement not to do similar acts again," he said.
