TANGERANG - Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Trunoyudo, said that his party had conducted an examination of the Semarang Police Chief, Kombes Irwan Anwar, in the alleged extortion case by the KPK leadership against former Minister of Agriculture (Mentan) Syahrul Yasin Limpo (SYL).

"In this process, I still convey that it is still ongoing in yesterday's progress, and we have conveyed it regarding brother IA giving his testimony as a witness," Trunoyudo told reporters, Thursday, October 12.

"Based on how investigators want to explore a fact in this incident related to the investigation process," he continued.

He said that his party had taken action in this case according to the rules in the examination process. Trunoyudo was reluctant to provide information regarding what materials were asked during the examination process of Irwan.

"Regarding the material, of course, we cannot convey it yet, later investigators will certainly carry out analysis in the process of investigation steps. That's what we can convey," he concluded.
