Both sides agreed to be willing to give the company what is the responsibility to the community. For information, the land conflict between residents and palm oil companies in Muaro Jambi has been going on for decades. "Today, the community voluntarily dismantled the tents that have been standing on the company's oil palm plantations," he said. Hartono thanked all parties, namely the police, Muaro Jambi Regency Government, village government, TNI who assisted in the mediation process, so that the community voluntarily dismantled the tents and left the location. Previously, a few months ago, the community had blocked the palm oil company's road for almost two weeks. The road blocking was finally stopped by the police because it was deemed to have violated the provisions. As a result, dozens of residents were then secured to the Jambi Police Headquarters for questioning and have been returned to their families by the police. The head of Teluk Raya Village, Zailani, said that the peace carried out by the community and the company was mediated by the Jambi Police, TNI and local governments. According to Zailani, the company has agreed with the plasma pattern, which is 20 percent of the land controlled by the company. So far, the plasma system has been implemented, but it has not been fully realized. There are still several hectares of land that have not been handed over to the community.

"The land that has not been submitted is planned to be formed in partnership with a partnership," he said.
