TNI Commander Transfers 38 High Officers, Including Dankormar-Dankodiklatal

JAKARTA - TNI Commander Admiral Yudo Margono transferred and promoted 38 high-ranking officers (pati) for several strategic positions.

This transfer of position is contained in the Decree (SK) of the TNI Commander Number Kep/1111/IX/2023 concerning Dismissal and Appointment in Positions within the TNI which was signed by Admiral Yudo in Jakarta on Wednesday 27 September.

Based on a press release from the TNI Information Center (Puspen) reported by Antara, Friday, September 29, of the 38 high-ranking officers who were included in the transfer list, 19 of them came from the Army (AD) dimension, 18 high-ranking officers from the Navy (AL), and one high-ranking officer from the Indonesian Air Force (AU).

From the ranks of the Indonesian Navy, Major General TNI (Mar) Nur Alamsyah received promotion from his previous position as Commander of the Indonesian Navy's Marine Corps as Commander of the Indonesian Navy's Doctrine, Education, and Training Command (Dankodiklatal).

Meanwhile, Lt. Gen. (Mar) Suhartono, who previously served as Dankodiklatal, currently holds a new position as Inspector General (Irjen) of the TNI replacing Vice Admiral (Laksdya) TNI Angkasa Dipua who is entering retirement.

In the decree, Admiral Yudo has not yet determined the high-ranking officers who will fill the position of Dankormar.

Then, the TNI Commander also gave a promotion to Brigadier General Sugiyono, who originally served as Deputy Head of the TNI Puspen, who is currently an Expert Staff Officer (Pa Sahli) Level III for Social Culture and Law, Human Rights and Drugs, TNI Commander.

Brigadier General Sugiyono replaces the position of Major General TNI Lismer Lumban Siantar, who currently fills the position as Special Staff to the TNI Commander.

As a result, the position of Deputy Head of the TNI Puspen is currently filled by Colonel Inf Teguh Pudji Rahardjo.

From the sea dimension, the First Admiral (Laksma) of the TNI Erjawan was transferred from his position as General Director (Dirum) of the TNI Academy to the Special Staff of the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy (Kasal).

The position of Dirum at the TNI Academy is currently filled by Colonel Mar Werijon, who previously served at the Defense University.

From the ranks of the Indonesian Army, Brigadier General TNI I Gusti Agung Winatha currently serves as Head of the Education and Training Center (Kapusdiklat) of the State Intelligence Agency. He exchanged positions with Brigadier General TNI Murbianto Adhi Wibowo, who currently fills the position of BIN Intermediate Intelligence Agency.

Brigadier General Ruddy Prasemilsa Mahks, who previously served as Head of the West Java Regional BIN at the Deputy for Domestic Intelligence, BIN is currently the Expert Staff for Ideology and Politics of BIN. In the decree, the Commander did not mention Ruddy's replacement.

Another officer who exchanged positions, namely Brigadier General Muhammad Ali from his original position as Assistant Intelligence (Asintel) Chief of Staff of the Joint Defense Area Command (Kaskogabwilhan) III to Inspector (Ir) of the Indonesian Army Staff and Command (Seskoad). He exchanged positions with TNI Brigadier General Jimmy Ramoz Manalu.

Then for the position at the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (Bakamla), Marine Colonel (P) I Gusti Putu Aswan Candra received promotion from his original assignment as a lecturer at Sesko TNI to Director of Training for Deputy for Operations and Training Bakamla.

He replaced Admiral TNI Suwito who was transferred to become a Level III Expert Staff Officer for National Security Politics, Expert Staff of the TNI Commander.

From the air dimension, the First Marshal (Marsma) of the TNI Tri Akhmad Rubangi released his position as Special Staff to the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Air Force (Kasau) to become a high-ranking officer at the Indonesian Air Force Headquarters in order to retire.
