Debt Collector Accused Of Taking Out Sex Devices When Collecting Installments To Female Customers, Beaten By The Victim's Husband At His Office

JAKARTA Debt Collector FIF is accused of sexually harassing female customers with the initials NN in his rented house in the Pondok Pinang area, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Saturday morning, September 16. The head of the FIF Rempoa Post, Kun Muhammad Ramdan, said that his subordinates were actually beaten by NN's husband.

Ramdan revealed that the debt collector with the initials M had been beaten twice by NN's husband, namely AR. The beating, said Ramdan, occurred when mediation between NN and FIF, in Rempoa, South Tangerang.

"When it comes to beatings, yes, there are. CCTV footage also exists. It happened Monday, September 18 and Thursday, September 21," said Ramdan when confirmed, Friday, September 22.

Ramdan explained that the incident began when AR and NN came to his office to meet M. Finally, the two met for mediation.

"Initially the complaints, the harassment he experienced was. But we can't have one-sided values. I presented both of them. But both of them insisted, kept fighting until finally there was a beating," he said.

"(As a result of the beating) The bruises on the back of the left ear," he continued.

On that occasion, Ramdan also explained that during the mediation, the victim could not show the evidence.

"There is no (evidence of harassment). But it's just a confession," he said.

However, if the customer objected to M's behavior and intends to report it to the police, Ramdan would not mind this.

"If consumers (customers) object to their actions, they can be reported in question," he said.

However, regarding the beating by NN's husband, his party is still considering it. Because of that there is a separate part to handle this.

"We are coordinating first about beatings to the center. Because we are part of legality," he concluded.

Previously, a housewife (IRT) with the initials NN was suspected of being a victim of sexual harassment allegedly committed by a debt collector. NN explained that the sexual harassment took place in his rented house in the Pondok Pinang area, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Saturday morning, September 16.

When met, NN said that the incident that happened to him began when he was visited by the perpetrator who served as debt collector. The perpetrator came to NN's house to collect installments that had not been paid.

However, at that time, the victim NN asked the perpetrator for time to change his clothes. Because NN said at that time he only wore a negligee.

However, when NN returned to meet the perpetrators, he was shocked because the perpetrator had entered his house. Even though NN has not allowed it.

"I opened the door. I was wearing a bed. I'll change my clothes for a while. He didn't allow me, without saying hello. It immediately entered my room. He looked at the middle room, immediately sat down," explained NN to reporters in the Rempoa area, South Tangerang, Thursday, September 21, evening.
