Anas Urbaningrum Invites The Governor Of Maluku To Join PKN

AMBON - Chairman of the Partai Kebangkitan Nusantara (PKN) Anas Urbaningrum invited Maluku Governor Muhammad Ismail to join this party.

Anas directly invited Murad Ismail to join PKN during the Consolidation and Meeting of the Maluku PKNse-Province Cadre, at Baileo Ecumen, Ambon, Tuesday, September 19.

"I am sure that in due course, Governor Murad will wear a PKN jacket and join the flow of change and revival of the archipelago," said Anas, quoted by ANTARA.

He stated that the presence of the governor has a certain meaning, especially for a regional head who is now a non-party after being fired from the PDI-P.

"Pak Murad has the right to choose the color of the umbrella (party) regardless of his choice, the mission of struggle remains the same," he said.

Anas stated that PKN cadres will start to emerge from Maluku on February 14, 2024, because the cadres prepared for the 2024 election are militant cadres, solidly moving forward, and have a future.

PKN, he said, although still new but in the spirit of pluralism, solidarity, and a sense of having a party that carries a modern vision, PKN certainly has a future starting from Maluku.

The philosophy of the presence of PKN to appreciate, glorify, raise the traditions and noble values of the archipelago that have throughout history become binding, driving the history of a long journey that has now been eroded.

"So that future political dynamics will always be colored by criticism, discrimination and injustice, so PKN does not lose orientation and a straight perspective on Indonesia," he said.

Responding to the invitation of the General Chairperson of PKN, Murad said that PKN is a national political party that carries the vision of realizing the Indonesian nation to unite, be sovereign, just, and prosperous with the views of the archipelago.

"God willing, PKN will be big, if Pak Anas said that PKN rising from Maluku was very appropriate. But let me not be structural, I have given up, I am not a political person, but I am a political player," he said.

Murad hopes that PKN will bring Maluku forward to the highest in accordance with PKN's goal, namely to appoint Nusantara.

"PKN also contributes to the progress, national justice, including in building an increasingly mature and democratic political climate in Indonesia, especially in Maluku Province," he said.
