TANGERANG - Police are still investigating the rape case committed by SS (25) against her female friend who was in need of work. Tangerang Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho said the perpetrator, apart from raping the victim, also forced him to video call sex (VCS).

If the victim does not comply with it, said Zain, the perpetrators threaten to distribute their intimate relationships videos to social media.

It is known that SS was arrested by the police for having the heart to rape his own friend in an apartment in the Neglasari area, Tangerang City, Wednesday, September 13, at 20.00 WIB.

"After having sex the next day, the perpetrator sent a threatening message to the victim. He asked the victim to have sex via video call," Zain said when confirmed, Monday, September 18.

The victim was shaken after being raped by his friend. Then the perpetrator asked to be sent a video call sex. Feeling persecuted, the victim decided to report the incident to the police.

SS was arrested at his home in Perum Taman Adiyasa, Cikasungka, Solear, Tangerang Regency. SS was arrested after the victim made a report.

The perpetrator has been named a suspect and charged with Article 285 of the Criminal Code regarding violence and forcing women to have sex / rape.

"Currently, the perpetrators are being detained at the Tangerang Metro Police for examination. The maximum penalty is 12 years in prison," he concluded.
