A Different Name Appears Acting Regent/Mayor, Acting Governor Of West Java Bey Machmudin Affirms Participating In Letter From The Ministry Of Home Affairs

Acting Governor of West Java Beyxi Machmudin emphasized that his party was following the Ministry of Home Affairs' letter regarding the confusion of letters circulating on social media related to the Acting Regent and Mayor in several different provinces as announced.

In the letter circulating on social media, it was explained that the Acting Mayor of Sukabumi was Dida Sembada, not Kusmana Hartadji and Acting Regent of Purwakarta, Muhammad Taufiq Budi Santoso, not Benny Irwan.

"We only received one letter (from the Ministry of Home Affairs) and it already has a decree," said Bey Machmudin at the Sate Bandung building as reported by ANTARA, Monday, September 18.

Thus, Bey emphasized that the Acting Mayor of Sukabumi remains Kusmana and the Acting Regent of Purwakarta is Benny.

Bey Sapi Machmudin said the names that had been set by the central government through the Ministry of Home Affairs to become acting in the six regencies/cities were immediately sworn in on Wednesday (20/9).

The six regents/mayors who will be inaugurated are Gani Muhammad as Acting Mayor of Bekasi, Acting Mayor of Sukabumi Kusmana Hartadji, Acting Mayor of Bandung Bambang Tirtoyuliono, Acting Regent of West Bandung Arsan Latif, Acting Regent of Sumedang Herman Suryatman and Acting Regent of Purwakarta Benny Irwan.

"That will be the inauguration on Wednesday," said Bey Machmudin.

Reportedly in a letter circulating on social media numbered 100.2.1.3/6201/OTDA, the acting Mayor of Sukabumi written were Dida Sembada and the Acting Regent of Purwakarta was Muhammad Taufiq Budi Santoso, not Kusmana Hartadji and Benny Irwan.

In addition to the letter, a copy of the Introductory Letter of Submission of a Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs with the same letter number circulated, but with the same composition of the acting name as the Acting Governor of West Java announced.
