List Of 13 Companies Sealed By The Ministry Of Environment And Forestry For Donating Jabodetabek Air Pollution

JAKARTA - The Jabodetabek Air Control and Pollution Task Force of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) has sealed as many as 13 companies suspected of being the source of air pollution in the Jabodetabek area.

The head of the Jabodetabek Air Pollution Control Task Force as well as the Director General of Law Enforcement (Gakkum) of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Rasio Ridho Sani, said that he had temporarily suspended and sealed 13 companies, imposed administrative sanctions on 8 companies.

The administrative sanctions process against 9 companies. In addition, the task force is investigating two companies and supervising 13 companies.

"The targets of industrial activities that are monitored are activities that have the potential to cause air pollution and/or public reports, including coal stockpiles, PLTU, factories that operate PLTU and Bollers, food, pulp and paper, plastic, textiles, metal smelting, chemical industry, glass, concrete or batching plant as well as plastic manufacturing," said Rasio last Friday.

Rasio explained, companies that are given administrative sanctions related to polluters of Jabodetabek air pollution, namely:

PT KBN as a coal stockpile company located in Marunda, North Jakarta. Including the three companies in it, namely PT WSR, PT UMP, and PT NSM.

PT MBS as a coal stockpile company located in Cakung, East Jakarta.

PT BBA as a coal stockpile company located in Cakung, East Jakarta.

PT IVD as a metal smelting company located in Cakung, East Jakarta.

PT JSI as a cement company located in Bojongmangu, Bekasi Regency.

PT AK as a paper company in Cileungsi, Bogor Regency.

Meanwhile, the task force has also temporarily suspended and imposed administrative sanctions on 8 companies as polluters of air pollution, especially the 2.5 PM parameters, namely:

PT PIP as a concrete company located in Serpong, South Tangerang City.

PT ARMC as a concrete company located in Serpong, South Tangerang City.

PT HB as a batching plant company located in Serpong, South Tangerang City.

PT SAP as a batching plant company located in Cisauk, Tangerang Regency.

PT AMB as a precast company located in Pagedangan, Tangerang Regency.

PT PB as a precast company located in Pagedangan, Tangerang Regency.

PT SCG as a batching plant company located in South Tangerang.

PT FBI as a batching plant company located in Kembangan, West Jakarta.
