Circulating a video showing a police patrol car almost grazed a group of Laos delegates who were passing through the Semanggi area. Polda Metro Jaya said the police officers had been prosecuted.

The incident began when a delegation of the 43rd ASEAN Summit from the Laos state passed around Kolong Semanggi. Then, several traffic police who were on standby around the location stopped the speed of other vehicles.

Traffic Director of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Latif Usman, who confirmed this matter, confirmed it. According to him, the incident occurred on Wednesday, September 6.

It was said that the police driving the patrol car were members. The reason is because motorists are in a hurry to go to their posts to secure the path of the President of the Republic of Indonesia who will pass.
