PURWOREJO - After so long, Wadas residents finally agreed to land acquisition for the andesit mine for the Bener Dam construction material. Mufakat was taken in the deliberation of land owners with the National Land Agency (BPN), Thursday, August 31.

Deputy Chairperson of Land Procurement Implementation, Sumarsono, said the deliberation was very smooth and conducive. The meeting discussed two things. The first is about the form of compensation for the residents' land, and the second is about the amount of compensation for profit.

"All residents present have agreed to land acquisition in the form of compensation in the form of money," he said.

He explained that there were 116 areas that had not been acquired. The deliberation managed to bring in 58 people. One land owner was not present because he left the city.

Of those present, 56 of them have signed the amount of the compensation value. While the other two have not signed because they still want to negotiate prices with the committee.

"It means that of the 59 land owners, there are three that have not signed. Others, or 56 people have signed the official report, agreeing to the amount of compensation," said Sumarsono.

Although there are three that have not signed, according to Sumarsono it is not a problem. He believes all files will be completed before next month's land payment.

Thus, the land acquisition in Wadas is confirmed to be 100 percent complete. "September, God willing, the payment will be completed one hundred percent," he explained.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Wadas Village Nature Care Community Movement (Gempadewa) Sudiman admitted that he had approved land acquisition.

"Many have agreed, but those who are still considered too low will be discussed again. That was what he said earlier," he explained.

Sudiman's land is in accordance with the certificate on behalf of his wife, Ngadisah. He wants further deliberations so that the value of compensation can be in accordance with what he hopes.
