Kemenpan RB Asks Agencies To Keep Budgeting For Honorary Personnel Expenditures

LABUAN BAJO - Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB) asked government agencies, both central and regional, to continue budgeting for honorary personnel expenditures in their respective agencies.

"Pak Menpan (Abdullah Azwar Anas) has already given a circular to government agencies to continue budgeting for honorary power financing," said Secretary of the Ministry of Finance RBRini Widyantiniusai Sharing Session Kemenpan RB with the West Manggarai Regency Government at the Regional Secretariat Hall, Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), reported by ANTARA, Thursday, August 31.

Kemenpan RB has issued a SE asking staffing officials (PPK) of central and regional agencies to continue to allocate a budget for financing for non-ASN personnel. Rini said the Kemenpan RB ensured that there would be no mass layoffs (PHK) in the settlement of honorary workers.

"There are no mass layoffs, no reduction in the budget, no budget swelling, no lowering from the income," he said.

In SE Number B/1527/M.SM.01.00/2023, all government agencies must allocate non-ASN power financing with the principle of no reduction in income received by non-ASN personnel so far. Rini continued that Kemenpan RB was looking for a formula for the completion of the honorary staff.

"We are now looking for a formula for this settlement," said Rini.
