The Vice President Asked For A Cermatificate Of The Potential For The Superior Sector Of Sharia Economics And Finances

JAKARTA - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin asked the Regional Committee for Sharia Economics and Finance (KDEKS) to continue to develop concrete programs to realize synergy and collaboration between KDEKS.

The vice president stated this after witnessing the inauguration of the DKI Jakarta, Banten, Lampung, West Nusa Tenggara, and Bangka Belitung Islands at the Vice Presidential Palace, Jalan Merdeka Selatan, Jakarta, Monday 28 August,

"First, immediately develop sharia economic and financial development programs in an innovative, directed, and measurable manner. Observe and recognize the potential of superior Islamic economic and financial sectors," he said, quoted by Antara.

The vice president also requested thatlands realize a quick wins program in each region so that the potential of the Islamic economic and financial sector can develop more.

Second, the Vice President requested that multi-party collaboration be improved, including between-KDEKS, by prioritizing the spirit of togetherness and sustainability.

"A number of Islamic economic and financial development activities that have been running are very good initial capital, and must continue to be expanded so that the values of the good of the Islamic economy are increasingly impacted and felt by the community," he explained.

Third, the Vice President requested that all levels ofTEN build integration and alignment of Islamic economic and financial development programs in each region with national development plans.

"Especially, by including this theme into the framework of planning and budgeting in the regions," he explained.

According to the Vice President, with the implementation of these three directives, the economy and Islamic finance in the five regions that have just confirmed the SECF will continue to advance, as well as encourage economic growth and increase in welfare that is more inclusive and fair.
